Terms of Use
SpendPouch Terms of Use
Apple Standard EULA
SpendPouch uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is later published and selected in App Store Connect.
App-specific notes
These notes explain how SpendPouch is intended to work. They do not replace Apple's Standard EULA unless a custom agreement is separately selected in App Store Connect.
- SpendPouch is a personal expense tracking tool. It is not financial, tax, investment, legal, or accounting advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing and correcting expense, receipt, PDF, OCR, voice transcript, Shortcuts, and AI draft fields before saving or relying on them.
- The current release does not include bank sync, cloud sync, account login, backend AI processing, or live AI Assist purchases.
- Apple Pay capture, when used, requires a user-created iOS Shortcuts automation. SpendPouch cannot directly read all Apple Wallet, Apple Pay, bank, or card history.
- Receipt and PDF OCR review is provided to help with data entry and may be incomplete or incorrect.
- You control local exports after iOS presents sharing or saving options.
Purchases
Eligible Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Restore Purchases applies to eligible Pro subscription access and Lifetime Pro. AI Assist packs are separate consumables and are paused in the current release.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for information about local data, diagnostics, purchases, Shortcuts automation, OCR, and paused AI features.
