Privacy Choices
Manage your SpendPouch data.
SpendPouch is local-first, so most privacy choices are managed on your device. This page explains the choices available in the current release.
Export your records
Use SpendPouch's export feature to create a local CSV export for the date range you choose. You control where the exported file goes after iOS presents the share or save options.
Delete local records
You can delete individual expenses and vault files where available. You can also erase local app data where SpendPouch provides that action, or uninstall the app to remove local app data from the device.
Manage receipt and PDF files
Receipt images and PDFs are stored in the app's local vault unless you export or share them yourself. Review local OCR fields before saving. Local OCR review does not spend AI credits in the current release.
Manage iOS Shortcuts automation
If you create a personal iOS Shortcuts transaction automation for SpendPouch, you can edit, disable, or delete it in Apple's Shortcuts app. SpendPouch cannot directly read all Apple Wallet, Apple Pay, bank, or card history.
Support diagnostics
Only send a diagnostic test from SpendPouch Settings if support asks for it. The diagnostic event is configured to avoid including expense amounts, merchant names, notes, receipt or PDF contents, OCR text, transaction identifiers, account data, or files.
Contact support if you need help reviewing a support record, TestFlight feedback record, or diagnostic event.
Purchases
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Use SpendPouch's Restore Purchases action to restore eligible Pro access. For payment records, billing history, and refunds, use Apple's App Store purchase support paths.
AI features
Backend AI and AI Assist purchases are paused in the current release. Manual entry, voice transcript capture, receipt and PDF import, and local OCR review do not require backend AI and do not spend AI credits.
