How it works

Track in seconds, then move on.

SpendPouch is built around one habit: capture the expense quickly, keep proof close, and review anything generated before it becomes part of your ledger.

01

Capture naturally

Type a quick note, hold the add button to speak, or attach a receipt or PDF when proof matters.

02

Review the draft

Voice, OCR, and Shortcuts drafts stay editable, so amount, merchant, category, date, and note remain under your control.

03

Read your month

See recent spending, proof counts, recurring items, and export options without a heavy finance dashboard.

Voice

Speak your expenses. Save only after review.

Tell SpendPouch what you bought, then confirm the draft before anything is saved. Speech capture does not spend AI credits in the current release.

Proof

Receipts and PDFs stay with the expense.

Keep proof in a local vault for returns, warranties, reimbursements, or records. OCR helps you review, but you confirm the final fields.

Privacy approach

Private by default, clear by design.

  1. Expense amounts, merchant names, notes, receipt and PDF contents, OCR text, Shortcuts drafts, and exports stay on device by default.
  2. No bank sync, no advertising tracking, no product analytics SDK, no attribution SDK, and no session replay in the current release.
  3. Sentry is used only for redacted crash/error diagnostics so app stability can be reviewed.
  4. Backend AI and AI Assist purchases are paused in the current release.
